On the 20th of May, the flight of Singapore Airlines was coming from London to Singapore. About one hour before it was supposed to reach Singapore, it was over the Andaman Sea or Bay of Bengal. It had a lot of turbulence, so much so that internal parts of the plane were dismantled.

If you look at the interior of the plane, one of the passengers, in fact, lost his life. There were many other injured who were still in the hospital. The flight could not land in Singapore and had to land in Thailand. Since then, there have been many investigations going on.

How did it happen?

Now if you have taken flight or if you are a regular flyer, you would know air turbulence is not a very uncommon thing. Air turbulence is something that usually flights do face. Even when you go on domestic flights, you go on international flights, usually, you see air turbulence much more over oceans, much more over water bodies, but they are usually seen in many parts of the world as well.
